Its location was indeed stunning and particularly good, in a quiet neighborhood. The room was exceptionally nice and amazing provided with good AC, a massive double bed, as example. Staff was very kind and excellent - we truly enjoyed that.

I had a great 10-night stay at this place, the owner Patrick was amazing, the room was comfortable and had its own fridge, television, and great AC, everything was fantastic!

Patrick, our host, was incredibly helpful and always available to answer our questions. The highlight of the property was the beautiful inner garden filled with lush plants and even some turtles - a delightful surprise! The kitchen was well-equipped, including a grill for cooking fish, and we found all the necessary appliances like a microwave, stove, coffee machine, and toaster. The room itself was comfortable with a good bed and television. The only thing missing was a small wardrobe for storing clothes. The location was peaceful, although a bit far from the tourist areas, requiring a 15 to 20-minute walk to the main bay. However, Patrick allowed us to secure our scooter inside, which was greatly appreciated.

this cozy rental in Cozumel exceeded my expectations during my long term stay. The comfortable bed and hot water were a rare luxury in Mexico. The beautiful garden and hummingbirds added a special touch. Quiet yet close to the city center, I highly recommend it!

The WiFi could have been a bit quicker, which was a minor inconvenience. drying clothes inside the room was a challenge due to the climate in Cozumel.

One negative aspect was that the kitchen and outdoor space were shared, meaning that there was a chance of getting noisy or unclean guests. The photos of the property online seemed a bit outdated, as the rooms appeared slightly run down.
